Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 Keyworker (Early Years Nursery Nurse) to join our well established, high quality and friendly nursery who can take on the following responsibilities:
- The care and supervision of children with regard to their physical, emotional and intellectual needs.
- To devise short, medium and long term plans which ensure each child is working towards their learning and development goals and to monitor the effectiveness of the nursery curriculum.
- Maintain individual development records and observations for key children and work closely with parents/ carers informing them of their children's progress.
- The preparation of activities so that all children have fun whilst at nursery.
- Be respectful and caring towards children, their families and other staff members, and maintain an effective level of communication at all times.
- Have an awareness of safeguarding children, including knowledge and signs of abuse.
- Promoting inclusion within the nursery.
