Yoga is great for children’s mental well-being

Exercise is a great stress reliever, and whilst life is tough at the moment engaging the children in yoga on a regular basis helps improve the mood and relieve the boredom for everyone.

A few of our staff have been yoga trained which is a great activity for kids generally as it helps them relax, sleep better, relieve any anxiety, and improve and regulate their emotions. In addition to their mental well-being, yoga also helps children develop an awareness of their body, increases their concentration levels, and teaches them some healthy movements which can increase their confidence. The benefits are huge, so why not try it at home!
